| Resumo: | This work sought to investigate the active transparency on the official page of the
government of the State of Rio Grande do Norte in budgetary, financial and social
aspects, in relation to expenses during the Covid-19 pandemic and its consequences.
The information was obtained from government secretariats, the State's transparency
portal and from research by the Tribunal de Contas do Estado do Paraná (TCE-PR).
Subsequently, they were treated using the Microsoft Excel program and analyzed
against the Índice de Transparência da Administração Pública: Covid-19 (ITP: Covid-19), used by the TCE-PR, which measures active transparency on a percentage scale
in the various Criteria. Concerning information on combating the pandemic. Due to the
availability of data and previous findings, the research drew a comparison between the
results of the year 2021 of the State surveyed and the values of 2020 of the State of
Paraná, which underwent evaluation of the same index, the findings showed a certain
balance in some Criteria ITP: Covid-19 as personnel admissions with zero score and
general information with maximum value. |
