| Resumo: | This study aims to demonstrate the importance of administrative functions, their concepts and objectives through a survey conducted at the company C GOIS DE MEDEIROS, in the city of Caicó-RN. We will present a case study that aims to show how the administrative functions: planning, organization, direction, and control are applied in the administrative reality and become indispensable for the security of the company, safeguarding the administrator in his decision making so that they develop strategies and have advantages over their competitors. Methodologically, exploratory research is used, presenting a qualitative approach. In the end, it can be concluded that the functions of the Administration contribute to the effectiveness of the management process of Veterinary clinic. |
