| Resumo: | The present work aimed to make a study about the participation of companies from Caicó-RN in bidding procedures in the modality electronic auction by the 1st Construction Engineering Battalion (1o BEC). The aim was to achieve data and analyze them in order to meet which variables influence the companies concerning the participation in the biddings performed by the Federal public authority. The study deals only with the analysis of the modality electronic auction identifying the highlighted points presented in the conducted survey in order to check if the results obtained are in line with the objectives of the Federal Government of establishing the following: economy to the public safes, procedural agility, transparence of procedures and administrative morality. In relation to the research, data were collected through the applied questionnaire to a sample of companies from Caicó city of different field of activities, inserted and in conditions of participating of public biddings, the results were used to understand how the participation of the companies in the bidding procedure from the Federal public agencies start. |
