Resumo: | The work aims to observe questions about the evaluations of fitness centers carried out by its clients, regarding the quality of services provided in all its areas, showing the instruments that make up the business (gym) as well as the evaluation methods used. As it is a dissertation to which we will only observe the phenomenon, the common instrument used for evaluation in the research examined is called SERVQUAL, which measures several points to evaluate the quality of service. Currently gyms not only offer the service offered, but also the possibility for their students to have a good quality of life and, therefore, it is increasingly necessary to have their opinion in order to improve what is offered to fidelize these customers. In this research we reached the objective, which we showed through quotes from some scholars the representation of evaluations in this service. In our hypothesis that it was to verify if there was a relation between the performance and the expectations that satisfy all the quality dimensions, we found out that not all the quality dimensions were reached and that there are opportunities to be improved in the gyms (samples) by researched in this work. However, through the instrument mentioned above, we find that there is a way to measure this assessment. |
