Resumo:The process of left ventricular remodeling in heart failure arises from the need to compensate for the failure of the cardiac pump, and for this key element in its pathophysiology. However, studies of remodeling and its reversal only gained momentum in the late twentieth and beginning of the XXI century, but still bringing a few and contradictory work when the independent variable is the exercise. Therefore, the present systematic review by searching the portal Periodic Capes and PubMed met clinical trials Randomized whose intervention was moderate aerobic exercise with optimal medication aiming to identify the evidence in the literature that moderate aerobic exercise works on improvement of parameters cardiac remodeling markers obtained by imaging tests. We selected 12 works with high, moderate and low level of evidence that moderate aerobic activity promotes reverse remodeling, the most significant improvement was found in systolic and final diastolic volumes and ejection fraction of the left ventricle, since the mass and diameter show improvement trends. The reverse remodeling of the year, so it has moderate level of evidence occurs and ,depends among other factors, on clinical status and intensity of exercise.
