Easy-to-access and care information is relevant for them to be attended to. Mhealth refers to the field of developing applications for mobile platforms in the service of health. Objective: To develop an application with information about the period of certainty in public health. Method: This is a methodological study with 40 participants, of which 10 are professionals in the obstetrics area, 1 in the technology area and 2 are postpartum women. The application was developed with React Native technology. Health users evaluated the content of the application, the result of which was the Content Validity Index, the personal data of the technology answered the participants validated for the appearance of the software and the puerperal women answered the System Usability Scale (SUS), evaluating the application of the application. Results: Content validation was excellent (0.97). Regarding the appearance of the app, there are 0, there are 0, positive responses, with 88 being favorable for approval. A9 usability was classified using the SUS scale where5 can be used (). Responses to the SUS of good evaluation, confidence as in the evaluation by the alpha value of evaluation of the SUS, and the application presented excellent responses, with an average score of 951. The so-called “Towards a Conclusion”, was developed and presented as a valid mobile application to promote self-care.

Introdução: No período após o parto, as mulheres passam por intensas mudanças corporais e emocionais que ocorrem em um curto espaço de tempo. Informações de fácil acesso e confiáveis são importantes para que comportamentos de autocuidado sejam adotados adequadamente. Mhealth se refere ao campo de desenvolvimento de aplicativos para plataformas móveis a serviço da saúde. Objetivo: Desenvolver um aplicativo em saúde com informações, baseadas em evidências científicas, sobre o período puerperal. Método: Trata-se de um estudo metodológico envolvendo 40 participantes, sendo destes 10 profissionais da área de obstetrícia, 10 da área de tecnologia e 20 puérperas. O aplicativo foi desenvolvido com tecnologia React Native. Os participantes da saúde avaliaram o conteúdo do aplicativo, cujo resultado foi dado pelo Content Validity Index, os profissionais da tecnologia responderam ao questionário validado para aparência do software e as puérperas responderam a System Usability Scale (SUS), avaliando a usabilidade do aplicativo. Resultados: A validação do conteúdo apresentou excelente aceitação (0,97). Em relação a aparência do aplicativo, houveram 0,86 de respostas positivas, sendo favorável para aprovação. A usabilidade foi avaliada por meio da escala SUS onde considerado adequado para uso (98,5). As respostas ao questionário mostraram boa confiabilidade, conforme a análise de validação pelo coeficiente alfa de Cronbach (valor: 0,71), e o aplicativo apresentou excelente aceitação, com escore médio de 98,5 na escala SUS.
