Resumo:Our capitalist society, globalized, follows a standardization process that applies in various sectors, including the media. The major newspapers and magazines impose organizational models of information, and their content as well. Fanzines, as opposed to this mass media, emerged as a yell of humanization, a hole in the capitalist system, an expression of the counter-culture and valorization of the common individual. It is a democratic media that can be made by anyone. And that even today, with the advent of internet and virtual content, resists and wins the audience that is interested in the materiality of the printed matter, the touch of the paper, the act of leafing through the pages. This dissertation discusses the importance of this information vehicle for society, and from that, develop a project that, through knowledge acquired in the design, can foster this zine culture in Natal, RN. The LÁDÁCÁ Project, is based on actions that can touch and inspire people to do their own fanzines, offering free workshops on ‘how to make a fanzine’ and having a virtual space for them to share information.
