Resumo:This work had as it's goal the development of a coffee maker design project, aiming to innovate the method of preparing Turkish and traditional Brazilian coffee, using the Peltier module, in order to improve the convection process present in their preparation. The development of the product was initially based on exploratory and descriptive research, addressing the history of coffee and coffee makers, and the factors that influence the quality of the drink. Bernd Lobach's methodology was chosen as guide to project development, it is divided into four phases: preparation, generation, evaluation and realization. From these, a list of design requirements was obtained that served to support the technical and creative decisions of the coffee maker project. Finally, the main results of the project are presented, such as the definition of the components, materials and method processes, instructions for use, renderings and technical drawing.
