| Resumo: | The present project presents the service redesign of a Psychosocial Care Center (CAPS) based on the results of a bibliographic research on Mental Health and Human Centered Design and field research conducted at CAPS. The project follows an adaptation of the methodology of Gui Bonsiepe (1984) associated to the design model of Services Design proposed by Stickdorn and Schneider (2011) through the use of methods and tools as a means of research, exploration and generation of alternatives. The completion of this course resulted in the creation of a new care protocol and a redesign of the contact points, with the objective of end up the patient's possible doubts about the treatment of their mental health and increasing the interaction between the patient and their caregiver by configuring the new service, which makes the patient as an autonomous agent of his own experience in insertion into CAPS therapies. |
