Check-list de cuidado seguro na urgência hipertensiva gestacional: construção coletiva da equipe de enfermagem
description In the context of hypertensive disorders in pregnancy are Gestational Hypertension, Preeclampsia, Eclampsia, Chronic Hypertension superimposed on Preeclampsia and HELLP Syndrome, which are responsible for multisystemic and perinatal maternal complications. The care supported in safety and quality in situations that have potential risk for complications should be prioritized, having as a fundamental point the training and collective discussions involving the health team. This study aimed to build a checklist of safe care in hypertensive gestational urgency, in a collective way with the health team. This is a qualitative study developed through a Convergent Care Research, from three sequential steps: a semi-structured interview, the realization of convergence groups and the elaboration of the product (Check-list of safe care in gestational hypertensive urgency). These steps were mediated by the Design Thinking technique. The study took place in a usual risk maternity hospital of a city in the metropolitan region of Rio Grande do Norte, having as participants nurses and nursing technicians, who work in the risk classification and obstetric emergency care unit. The first stage of data collection corresponded to the stages of empathy and problem definition of Design Thinking, and consisted in conducting a semi-structured interview, which included the participation of 16 professionals. The second step of the data collection procedure corresponded to the ideation step of Design Thinking, and occurred through Convergence Groups, with a remote meeting, held through the Google Classroom platform, where participants had access to educational Cards, in order to bring participants closer to the study theme. In this stage of the study 12 professionals participated. The last stage of data collection was mediated by Design Thinking prototyping, where participants were asked to define the items they considered relevant for each moment of care. In this stage 09 professionals participated. The research was developed after a favorable opinion from the Research Ethics Committee (CEP) under CAAE no. 44706221.3.0000.5537, from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Norte and acceptance by the participants. During the data collection procedure, the participants' speeches were recorded, later transcribed in full in Microsoft Word® and analyzed with the help of the ATLAS-ti® software, version 9. From the data analysis three categories and subcategories emerged: (1) Contextualizing safe care in the context of gestational hypertensive urgency, with its three subcategories; (2) Contextualizing teamwork in gestational hypertensive urgency situations, with two subcategories and (3) Collectively defining the items for a Check-list of safe care in gestational hypertensive urgency, with three subcategories. The data collected allowed the researcher to identify gaps in knowledge and emerging themes to plan the stages of data, provided a space for collective reflections on the work process in the context studied, where the team, through the use of techniques that encouraged active participation, critical thinking and raised questions, had the opportunity to reflect on possible solutions to the problems experienced in professional practice, as well as to materialize the ideas through the construction of collage.

No contexto dos distúrbios hipertensivos na gestação, estão a Hipertensão Gestacional, Pré-eclâmpsia, Eclampsia, Hipertensão Crônica sobreposta à pré-eclâmpsia e a Síndrome HELLP, que são responsáveis por complicações maternas multisistêmicas e perinatais. O cuidado apoiado na segurança e qualidade em situações que possuem potencial risco para complicações deve ser priorizado, tendo como ponto fundamental o treinamento e as discussões coletivas envolvendo a equipe de saúde. Objetivou-se construir um check-list de cuidado seguro na urgência hipertensiva gestacional, de forma coletiva com a equipe de saúde. Trata-se de um estudo de abordagem qualitativa desenvolvida por meio de uma Pesquisa Convergente Assistencial, a partir de três etapas sequenciais: realização de entrevista semiestruturada, realização de grupos de convergência e elaboração do produto (Check-list de cuidado seguro na urgência hipertensiva gestacional). Estas etapas foram mediadas pela técnica do Design Thinking. O estudo ocorreu em uma maternidade de risco habitual de um município da região metropolitana do Rio Grande do Norte, tendo como participantes enfermeiros e técnicos em enfermagem, que atuam na unidade de classificação de risco e pronto atendimento obstétrico. A primeira etapa da coleta de dados, correspondeu as etapas de empatia e definição do problema do Design Thinking, e consistiu na realização de uma entrevista semiestruturada, que contou com a participação de 16 profissionais. A segunda etapa do procedimento de coleta de dados, correspondeu a etapa de idear do Design Thinking, e ocorreu através da realização de Grupos de Convergência, com um encontro remoto, realizado através da plataforma Google Classroom. Nesta etapa do estudo participaram 12 profissionais. A última etapa da coleta de dados ocorreu mediada pela prototipagem do Design Thinking, onde os participantes foram convidados a definir os itens que consideravam relevantes para cada momento assistencial. Nesta etapa participaram 09 profissionais. A pesquisa se desenvolveu a partir de parecer favorável do Comitê de Ética e Pesquisa (CEP) conforme o CAAE nº 44706221.3.0000.5537, da Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Norte e aceite dos participantes. Durante o procedimento de coleta de dados, as falas dos participantes foram gravadas, posteriormente transcritas na íntegra no Microsoft Word® e analisadas com o auxílio do software ATLAS-ti®, versão 9. A partir da análise dos dados emergiram três categorias e subcategorias: (1) Contextualizando o cuidado seguro no contexto da urgência hipertensiva gestacional, com suas três subcategorias; (2) Contextualizando o trabalho em equipe nas situações de urgência hipertensiva gestacional, com duas subcategorias e (3) Definindo coletivamente os itens para um Check-list de cuidado seguro na urgência hipertensiva gestacional, com três subcategorias. Os dados coletados permitiram à pesquisadora a identificação das lacunas de conhecimento e temas emergentes para planejar as etapas de dados possibilitou um espaço para reflexões coletivas quanto ao processo de trabalho no contexto estudado, onde a equipe, através da utilização de técnicas que estimulavam a participação ativa, o raciocínio crítico e suscitava questionamentos, teve a oportunidade de refletir quanto a possíveis soluções para os problemas vivenciados na prática profissional, assim como materializar as ideias através da construção colaborativa de um protótipo, que subsidiou a construção do Check-list de cuidado seguro em enfermagem na urgência hipertensiva gestacional, enquanto produto do mestrado profissional. 2022-05-12T22:42:13Z 2022-05-12T22:42:13Z 2022-02-07 masterThesis QUENTAL, Libna Laquis Capistrano.
