description The supervised curricular internship is a strategic pedagogic tool for an University. It is through this activity that the student usually has his first contact with the labor world, and is often a watershed in his career. At UFRN the internship is managed and registered by the Internship Central Module, which is part of the institution's official registration system. This system urged to end some doubts that happened in the institution and make it standard some proceeds, like creating a model for the student internship term, the activity plan, the university internship agreement and to ease the information access about a students internship. However, it was noticed in the routine working with the system that there are some limitations, especially about the internship accompanying and performance evaluation by the field supervisor, supervisor professor and the intern. Thus, this project created a recommendation list for the Internship Central Module re-design in SIGAA through the internship supervisor professor view. For this, it was made a case study at the UFRN, using the Design Thinking technique and interfaces design concepts, where in the first phase was made a document analysis for the main and institutional regulation, an online survey and a cooperative evaluation with supervisor professor. It was used the affinity diagram technique to process the content and data to identify errors, organization goals and user necessities, then in the second phase was generated ideas through the brainstorming and idea menu techniques. At the end, the project proposes a recommendation list and a series of new interfaces for re-design the internship central module through the supervisor professor perspective, aiming a better effectiveness.

O estágio curricular supervisionado é uma ferramenta pedagógica estratégica dentro de uma instituição de ensino. É através dessa atividade que o estudante costuma ter seu primeiro contato com o mundo produtivo do trabalho, sendo muitas vezes um divisor de águas em sua formação profissional. Na UFRN o estágio é gerenciado e registrado no Módulo Central de Estágios, que compõe o sistema oficial de registro da instituição. Esse módulo surgiu para sanar diversas dúvidas que haviam na instituição e padronizar diversos procedimentos, como a emissão e modelo do Termo de Compromisso de Estágio, Plano de Atividades, dos Convênios de Estágio e facilitar o acesso à informação referente ao estágio de um estudante. Entretanto, percebeu-se na rotina de trabalho com essa ferramenta a existência de limitações, principalmente no que diz respeito ao acompanhamento e avaliação do estágio na relação entre o Supervisor de Campo, Professor Orientador e o educando. Sendo assim, esse trabalho buscou elaborar uma lista de recomendações para o redesign do módulo Central de Estágios do SIGAA com foco no usuário do Professor Orientador de Estágio. Para isso, foi realizado um estudo de caso na UFRN, utilizando-se da abordagem do Design Thinking e conceitos relacionados ao design de interfaces, em que na fase de imersão foi realizada uma análise documental sob a legislação externa e interna pertinente, a aplicação de questionários online com o público de interesse e o desenvolvimento de uma avaliação cooperativa com professores orientadores de estágio. Foi utilizada a técnica do diagrama de afinidades para a análise do conteúdo obtido, buscando identificar possíveis problemas de usabilidade e limitações na utilidade do sistema, além de identificar os principais objetivos da organização e necessidades dos usuários relacionadas ao módulo, para então na fase seguinte elaborar uma série de recomendações através de técnicas como o Brainstorming e cardápio de ideias.
