Resumo:This study aims to analyze abstracts of academic papers with topics related to intersectoral management and policies structured in networks, through the integrative review of the literature based on the Catalogue of Theses and Dissertations (CTD extracted in Excel on November 23, 2021 of the Brazilian Open Data Portal). This is an exploratory research, of a mixed nature (quantitative and qualitative), with statistical analyses on textual corpus using the IRAMUTEQ software. The Descending Hierarchical Classification (CHD) performed in the software generated 5 contextual classes that confirmed the expectations of: i) transformation of the public management model through the articulation of knowledge by taking advantage of experience, planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation, with the objective of achieving collaborative results in complex situations; ii) structure a model of polycentric networks, sharing physical, human and financial resources, to improve rates of effectiveness, efficiency and effectiveness, of a cooperative state, distributing responsibility, building flows and designing processes for decision making, and effecting governance in intersectoral management and; iii) guides the systematization of methods and the importance of information and the use of information technology tools, essential to support in the management of intersectoriality. It is suggested for future studies the same stratification in international scientific articles, in the management of polycentric networks that works the transformation of the scenario in its performance with the great challenges of social protection, given the little scientific production in Brazil.
