description In Primary Care, the level expected to solve most of the health demands, there is still a worrying distance regardin to the access of adolescents and young adults, which is verified through inequities produced for the peripheral population from systems of oppression and other weaknesses in SUS health promotion. In the gaps of the guarantee of rights to Currais Noves’s youth, cultural movements are organized in the artistic field, at the same time they raise political and social issues, impacting the social determination of life and health locally. The main objective of this paper is to report critically experiences of actions executed with youth and for youth included in the activities during the second year of specialization. The specific objectives are: knowing strategies created by young people that relate to the health demands of their territory; understand health concepts shared among them during the activities; discuss how this group relates to the local health services. This is an experience report with a qualitative approach. The scenarios of the experiences discussed were spaces where adolescents and young adults were the target audience and/or co-authors of activities related to health and the collective construction of movements that express their demands. The techniques used for data access were: participant observation; informal conversations; and production of field diaries. Two main themes were evaluated based on the findings of 07 field diaries, written between September and December 2021: (a) Activities with/for youth in the rotations of R2 and verified inequities and (b) The art of doing health: mobilization by rights in the territory through culture. The categories sexuality and gender diversity; violence and violation of rights; contexts of poverty and lack of access to social facilities; vaccination and pandemic stood out as the content of the observed reality. The experience of groups of young people in the territories, social mobilization and the power of art and, specifically, of rap among a portion of young people in the city are placed as components of resistance and the daily search for rights or survival strategies in the face of the precariousness of services publics that should provide better assistance. It is important to develop, together with the variety of young citizens, planned and diversified actions, other tacts to make a link between them and the health services, instead of the distance which is produced as an effect of the lack of training and reordering of the offers that contemplate the specificities of these subjects.

Na Atenção Básica, nível previsto para atender maior parte das demandas de saúde, ainda opera distanciamento preocupante no que diz respeito ao acesso de adolescentes e jovens adultos, o que se verifica através de iniquidades produzidas para a população periférica a partir de sistemas de opressão e outras fragilidades na promoção de saúde do SUS. Nas lacunas da garantia de direitos para a juventude currais-novense, alguns movimentos culturais estão organizados no campo artístico, ao mesmo tempo em que levantam questões políticas e sociais, impactando na determinação social da vida e da saúde localmente. O objetivo geral deste trabalho é relatar criticamente experiências de ações realizadas com a juventude e para a juventude inseridas nas atividades de rodízios do R2 e objetivos específicos de: conhecer estratégias criadas por jovens que se relacionam a demandas de saúde do seu território; compreender concepções de saúde compartilhadas entre esses sujeitos emergentes durante as atividades; discutir como esse público se relaciona com a rede de saúde local. Trata-se de um relato de experiência com abordagem qualitativa. Os cenários da experiências discutidas foram espaços onde adolescentes e jovens adultos foram público-alvo e/ou coautores de atividades relacionadas à saúde e à construção coletiva de movimentos que expressam suas demandas. As técnicas utilizadas para acesso de dados foram: observação participante; conversas informais; e produção de diários de campo. Foram avaliados dois eixos a partir dos achados de 07 diários de campo, escritos entre setembro e dezembro de 2021: (a) Atividades com/para a juventude nos rodízios de R2 e iniquidades observadas e (b) A arte de fazer saúde: mobilização por direitos no território através da cultura. As categorias sexualidade e diversidade de gênero; violência e violação de direitos; contextos de pobreza e não acesso a equipamentos sociais; vacinação e pandemia sobressaíram como conteúdo do retrato observado. A experiência de grupos de jovens nos territórios, a mobilização social e a potência da arte e, especificamente, do rap entre uma parcela de jovens do município se colocam como componentes das resistências e busca cotidiana por direitos ou estratégias de sobrevivência diante da precarização dos serviços públicos que deveriam prestar melhor assistência.
