description The present work aims to analyze the main bills and proposed amendments elaborated by the Evangelical Parliamentary Front under the constitutional point of view and of a democratic rule of law, as well as some speeches given by this same front. The hypothesis raised is about the issue of insertion of values considered strictly religious in the political environment, through the performance of parliamentarians belonging to the Parliamentary Front. For that, the work analyzes the context and text of the congressmen's bills with the intention of considering and analyzing the real objectives that they intend to defend even under the aegis of a camouflaged speech, considering the mutation of actions within the congress through the time. Using the methodology of literature review on the work of the front and documentary research on the proposed bills, a change in the speech of the parliamentarians who make up this front was observed, in an attempt to bring more seriousness or scientificity, seeking to give a lay and natural appearance their speeches in order to mask the religious, fundamentalist and ideological background which surround the normative productions of this group. Nor can we ignore the possible consequences of the approval of laws such as these, which aim to collaborate with the perpetuation of a conservative discourse within contemporary society, as they defend an outdated concept of family which does not correspond to the needs of society, and furthermore , reinforces an agenda that leads to hatred and intolerance, consequences that are demonstrated by the analysis of documents and bills. It has been noted that FPE works on two fronts. The first is intended to develop content that encompasses the theme about "body control". The second front, on the other hand, emphasizes the strategy of creating norms aimed at maintaining the achievements achieved by religious groups and creating new privileges. For the first front, PL 6583/2013 (also known as the Family Statute) was chosen, while for the second, PEC 99/2011, which deals with the legitimacy of religious entities nationwide to propose direct action of unconstitutionality. Finally, it is considered that the great challenge imposed on the democratic rule of law will be to guarantee freedom of belief and at the same time ensure that the performance of these national Christian religious associations does not stifle the rights of others considered minor and without representation at the same time, in which the legal achievements of minority groups are preserved.

O presente trabalho objetiva analisar os principais projetos de lei e propostas de emendas elaborados pela Frente Parlamentar Evangélica (FPE) sob a ótica constitucional e de um Estado Democrático de Direito, bem como alguns discursos proferidos por esta mesma frente. A hipótese levantada é acerca da questão de inserção de valores considerados estritamente religiosos em meio ao ambiente político, através da atuação dos parlamentares pertencentes à Frente Parlamentar. Para tanto, o trabalho analisa o contexto e o texto dos projetos de lei dos parlamentares com a intenção de ponderar e analisar os reais objetivos que esses pretendem defender mesmo sob a égide de um discurso camuflado, tendo em vista a mutação das ações dentro do congresso através do tempo. Utilizando da metodologia de revisão bibliográfica sobre a atuação da frente e pesquisa documental sobre os projetos de lei propostos, foi observado uma modificação do discurso dos parlamentares que compõem essa frente, na tentativa de trazer mais seriedade ou cientificidade, procurando dar uma roupagem laica e natural as suas falas para assim mascarar o fundo religioso, fundamentalista e ideológico os quais cingem as produções normativas desse grupo. Tampouco pode-se ignorar as possíveis consequências da aprovação de leis como estas as quais visam colaborar com a perpetuação de um discurso conservador no seio da sociedade contemporânea já que defendem um conceito de família defasado o qual não corresponde às necessidades da sociedade, e além disso, reforça uma pauta que conduz ao ódio e a intolerância, consequências estas demonstradas pela análise dos documentos e dos projetos de lei.
