description The present work has as its theme “Document Management for the Court of Justice of Rio Grande do Norte - Analysis of the Document Management Program''. It is based on the inductive approach method, making it possible to study only one case, being able to reach a general conclusion through similar ones. It addresses Document Management, presenting its legal foundations. It notes the importance of this management for the Judiciary of Rio Grande do Norte, taking into account the large mass of documents produced and accumulated during these years. It analyzes the Document Management Program established by Resolution No. 20-TJ, of July 17, 2018, also presenting the relevant legislation. It briefly points out the stages of this Program. It shows the situation of the archives of some districts of the Judiciary Power of Rio Grande do Norte, the packaging and the conservation of the documents. It presents auxiliary instruments, such as the Temporality Table. The instruments were based on the regulations of the National Council of Justice (CNJ) and other Courts, and they were prepared in partnership with the Strategic Management Secretariat (SGE). It shows the actions carried out by the Document Management Program during the year of its implementation, such as the Specialized Training offered to the districts. Finally, it points out suggestions to make the retrieval of legal information more efficient.

O presente trabalho tem como tema “Análise do Programa de Gestão Documental do Tribunal de Justiça do Rio Grande do Norte''. Objetiva analisar, sob embasamento legal, o Programa de Gestão Documental para o Poder Judiciário do Estado do Rio Grande do Norte. Baseia-se no método de abordagem indutivo, possibilitando estudar apenas um caso, podendo chegar-se a uma conclusão geral mediante seus semelhantes. Aborda sobre a Gestão Documental, apresentando seus fundamentos legais. Constata sobre a importância dessa gestão para o Poder Judiciário do Rio Grande do Norte, levando em consideração a grande massa documental produzida e acumulada durante os anos. Analisa o Programa de Gestão Documental instituído pela Resolução nº 20-TJ, de 17 de julho de 2018, apresentando, também, as legislações pertinentes e pontuando, brevemente, as suas etapas. Demonstra a situação dos arquivos de algumas comarcas do Poder Judiciário do Rio Grande do Norte, os acondicionamentos e a conservação dos documentos, apresenta os instrumentos auxiliares, como por exemplo a Tabela de Temporalidade. Os instrumentos tiveram como base as normativas do Conselho Nacional de Justiça (CNJ) e de outros tribunais, sendo eles elaborados em parceria com a Secretaria de Gestão Estratégica (SGE). Destaca as ações realizadas pelo Programa de Gestão Documental durante o ano da sua implantação, como o Treinamento Especializado oferecido às comarcas.
