Descrição
Resumo:Crop evapotranspiration (ETc) is the simultaneous water lose to the atmosphere of soil evaporation and plant transpiration in vapour state without nutritional or water restriction for a certain weather condition. The study was carried out in the didactic area at Academic Unit Specialized in Agricultural Sciences, Jundiai Agricultural School, Federal University of Rio Grande do Norte, located in the county of Macaíba-RN with the objective of determining the dragon fruit evapotranspiration (Hylocereus sp.) using the direct method of drainage lysimeters. It was installed 16 drainage lysimeters in the experimental area of 375 m2. The total accumulated rainfall during the period of March/2021 until January/2022 was 499 mm. The water consumption rate by plants varied from 179,08 to 193,92 Liters. The dragon fruit evapotranspiration was greater at 260 DAT with daily average of 2,70 mm. All plants presented growth performance according to average evapotranspiration behavior during the analyzed period.
