Resumo: | This study aims to identify which improvements can be made in the production process to increase productivity and production in a factory located in Natal/RN, through the mapping of the production process of the product with the highest sales. Objective of the objective of the main look to look at the production processes of cookies, a critical for their efficiency, effort to carry out the current learning, was also dedicated to the standard production processes and also based on the BPMN methodology and prepared a 5W1H methodology plan with a focus in low cost, effective impact and execution speed. Regarding the methodology used, a qualitative research was chosen, using the participatory-observation technique to carry out a data collection, in addition to carrying out a semi-structured one. As for the results, the current production process (AS IS) was mapped through a flowchart, the main flaws were detailed and the following improvement proposals were listed: Purchase of a tool that allows a greater amount of cutting and modeling of the dough at once, technical maintenance of the existing furnace, purchase of a new furnace in order to increase the productive capacity of the activity. Thus, it was concluded that the work met what it is about. |
