| Resumo: | This work identifies the factors that motivate the employees of the Terra & Terra Urbanismo real estate company. As for the methodology, it is a case study of a quantitative nature, using the questionnaire as a data collection technique, in which employees listed 20 motivational factors in order of importance. When analyzing the results of the research, the motivational factors listed as most important by the employees were first the factor of professional recognition for the efforts performed, secondly the perspective of career and professional growth, and thirdly the company's compliance with payments on time. of their obligations to professionals. It was concluded that this result can benefit the company's management with actions that enhance the motivation of its employees, being elaborated following suggestions for the company to put into practice. |
