It was listed in this work all theoretical concepts inherent to the pumping process, justifying the characteristics of the didactic prototype, such as: sizing, type of pumps, connections, accessories as well as the system model, description of the phenomena. The material produced in this work can be used to integration of knowledge in the teaching of transport phenomena, allowing the student to interact with the device through an automated spreadsheet. From this kit it will be possible to promote the main pumping events that are problems observed in the industry, allowing to the student to be closer to the challenges in industrial ambient O presente trabalho consiste na modelagem matemática e dimensionamento de um protótipo didático com o foco voltado para os fenômenos de transporte e de bombeio. Foi listado neste trabalho todos os conceitos teóricos inerentes aos processos de bombeio que o kit didático é apto, sendo abordado: o dimensionamento e justificativa das motobombas escolhidas para tal, listagem dos itens necessários, esquema de ligação dos acessórios e bombas, maquete do sistema e descrição dos fenômenos. O material servirá para a integração de conhecimentos no ensino de fenômenos de transporte, permitindo ao aluno interagir com o sistema por meio de uma planilha automatizada.
