However, in addition to the exhaustion of employees due to repetitiveness that many of these processes require, this work methodology is little efficient. In view of this, systems have emerged for Robotic Process Automation (RPA), aiming at increase productivity, optimize time, reduce costs, and diminish the problems caused by the current work model. With RPA systems, is possible of automatic way carry out processes, or part of them, that make the use of web and/or desktop applications. This work proposes an RPA automation solution to carry out the process of surveying the fiscal situation of taxpayers at the state level of the state of Rio Grande do Norte. Tests carried out with the proposed solution made it possible to verify the survey of the fiscal situation of taxpayers with a reduction time on the order of 36%. The benefit with the implementation of this proposed solution is not limited to the improvement in execution time, including also the reduction of operational costs, scalability, flexibility and better occupation of employees, making them perform tasks with higher added value. O setor corporativo faz a manipulação de um imenso volume de dados com alta frequência nos seus mais diversos processos e, para isso, inúmeros profissionais são utilizados e muitas horas de esforço são gastas. Entretanto, além da exaustão de empregados devido à repetitividade que vários desses processos exigem, essa metodologia de trabalho é pouco eficiente. Diante disso, sistemas surgiram para automação robótica de processos (RPA, Robotic Process Automation), visando a elevar a produtividade, otimizar o tempo, reduzir custos e diminuir os problemas provocados pelo atual modelo de trabalho. Com sistemas RPA, é possível de maneira automática realizar processos, ou parte deles, que fazem o uso de aplicações web e/ou desktop. Este trabalho propõe uma solução de automação RPA para execução do processo de levantamento da situação fiscal de contribuintes na esfera estadual do estado do Rio Grande do Norte. Testes realizados com a solução proposta permitiram constatar o levantamento da situação fiscal de contribuintes com uma redução de tempo da ordem de 36%.
