In addition, it implies the quality of life of these people, with quality in everyday life and also in their sex life. The use of probiotics in this scenario appears as an alternative to optimize the treatment of these patients. The protocol is to prepare the protocol that will guide a review, aiming to reach this work objective as an object of study involving the role of women of reproductive age, in order to understand the points that still need to be elucidated. The proposal scope review follows the Joanna Brigg Institute Manual (JBI) Brigg's methodology pattern for scope scope. The search will be carried out in the various databases. Titles, abstracts and full articles selected according to the inclusion criteria. studies published in English, Spanish Portuguese de 202 research1 2021 The research results will be included in full in the final scoping review of a flowchart (PRSMA-S and included in the flowchart). The protocol is registered in the Open Science Framework (OSF). Therefore, the scenario on the use of probiotics will be favored by conducting studies such as this scope review, in order to provide a basis for conducting new and more research on the subject.

O acometimento das mulheres por vulvovaginites está relacionado à ocorrência de disbiose da microbiota vaginal. Os quadros de vulvovaginites costumam se uma das principais causas ginecológica de procura por atendimento médico, podendo apresentar-se como um quadro de recorrência e está relacionado a possíveis complicações como casos de infertilidade, parto prematuro e abortos. Além disso, implica na qualidade de vida desses indivíduos, com prejuízos ao cotidiano e também a vida sexual. O uso de probióticos nesse cenário surge como uma alternativa para otimizar o tratamento desses pacientes. O objetivo deste trabalho é confeccionar o protocolo que norteará uma revisão de escopo, almejando reunir as evidências disponíveis sobre o papel dos probióticos nos casos de vulvovaginites que acometem mulheres em idade reprodutiva, com o intuito de compreender quais pontos ainda precisam ser melhor elucidados. A revisão de escopo proposta segue o padrão da metodologia do Manual do Instituto Joanna Briggs (JBI) para revisões de escopo. A pesquisa será realizada nas diversas bases de dados. Títulos, resumos e artigos completos selecionados de acordo com os critérios de inclusão. Serão incluídos estudos publicados em inglês, espanhol e português de 2011 até 2022. Os resultados da pesquisa serão relatados na íntegra na revisão final de escopo e controle em um fluxograma (PRISMA-ScR). O protocolo está registrado no Open Science Framework (OSF).
