| Resumo: | The local offer of places and access conditions in a city, such as hotels and inns, can further enhance the visitor's experience and stay in a city. Thus, Santa Cruz / RN, despite having been the target of a large investment with the construction of the Sanctuary of Santa Rita de Cássia, which attracts visitors but* lacks adequate spaces for the accommodation of tourists. That said, the contribution of this work would be to enhance the tourist activity and services in the municipality of Santa Cruz. Therefore, the general objective of the work is to elaborate an architectural proposal for a mixed-use inn in the city of Santa Cruz / RN, taking into account some sustainable strategies. Therefore, as specific objectives, seek to know materials with the low environmental impact applied in the proposal. Studying technologies related to the theme of energy efficiency, developing strategies for implementation in the project. And finally, propose spaces for commercial activities inside the inn, feed to dynamize or generate favorable alternatives for the inn. |
