Resumo:The Multiprova software is a computational platform developed at the Federal University of Rio Grande do Norte (UFRN) with the objective of generating and managing evidence. The software allows teachers to manage the entire process of applying an assessment, from creating a question to analyzing the results. In the first half of 2020, a new version of this tool was launched, which served as support for teachers in remote teaching because of the COVID-19 pandemic. Due to its wide use at UFRN, there was a need to analyze data related to the behavior of students during the performance of their tests on the platform, such as the time spent on each question and student trajectories through the questions of the tests to generate insights for the educators. Therefore, the objective of this undergraduate thesis is the specification and development of these new functionalities using data science methodology, which follows the steps of problem definition, obtaining the data set to be analyzed, selection, treatment, exploration and visualization of the results obtained. As a result of the work, functionalities were developed in the Python language, containing the analyzes made from the dataset extracted from Multiprova on the behavior of students during the performance of their exam.
