| Resumo: | The main objective of this study is to analyze the quality of life at work in times of the covid-19 pandemic, a subject that is currently quite comprehensive and taken seriously by organizations. The research is a descriptive study, with a quantitative approach. The population is comprised of the municipal education department of the municipality of Luís Gomes RN. The sample is composed of the organization's servers. The data collection technique was performed through a questionnaire, the data were collected in person and analyzed using the descriptive statistical technique. The results reveal that the department provides adequate infrastructure conditions, both with regard to spaces and materials for personal hygiene and cleaning required, and the number of professionals to carry out the sanitary protocols. It is concluded that, in general, the servants expressed their satisfaction with the quality of life at work during the pandemic and that new strategies adopted by the organization contributed to a positive result. |
