Descrição
Resumo:The Social Assistance Reference Center (SARC) has the purpose of executing the Unified Social Assistance System (USAS) policies, aimed at families living in vulnerable conditions. In this sense, this research aims to understand the informational role in the work of CRAS professionals with vulnerable families in the municipality of Encanto/RN. This is a descriptive exploratory field study with a mixed approach. The population is comprised of six subjects, and the sample consists of four participants. The data collection instrument was a questionnaire with open and closed questions. The data were collected online and analyzed using the technique of descriptive statistical analysis (closed questions) and content analysis (open questions). The results reveal that, despite the availability and engagement of the professionals, there is a difficulty in expanding the Institution's information to the population that uses the services, especially to the population that lives in the rural area. We conclude that there are many gaps in the information process of the services offered by the CRAS of Encanto, which hinders the access of users, especially in this period of pandemic. This workis expected to contribute to a reflection on management practices in public policies.
