The monograph is divided into three chapters: initially there is a section aimed at situating Kafka's literature and its possible personal and social influences, which gives him an own style of writing, supported by dialogues with Modesto Carone, Gilles Deleuze and Félix Guattari. Once the novel and Kafka's writing are presented, the intention is, from the plot, to extract a sociological issue: surveillance and control and its sociotechnical movements in the body of the animal (the protagonist's aesthetic figure in the novel) and in its architectural construction (a burrow). Consequently, the monograph has a third section dedicated to discuss micropolitics of resistance with a form in becoming-animal and becoming-enemy in order to think about aesthetic-political means of confronting technopolitics, based on the philosophers Deleuze and Guattari. The objective is, thus, to visualize the power of Kafka's literature around its possibilities of analysis, discussion and agencements. Therefore, it was chosen to relate literature and society to a sociological issue, and then to think about policies of resistance to surveillance and social control: a future to come in becoming-animal. O texto tem a intenção de apresentar a discussão sobre vigilância e controle modernos através da novela A Construção de Franz Kafka a partir das perspectivas teóricas de Zygmunt Bauman, David Lyon e Didier Bigo. A monografia é dividida em três capítulos: inicialmente há uma seção com vistas a situar a literatura kafkiana e suas possíveis influências tanto pessoais como sociais, as quais lhe conferem um estilo próprio de escrever, amparadas em diálogos com Modesto Carone, Gilles Deleuze e Félix Guattari. Uma vez apresentada a novela e a escrita de Kafka, a pretensão é, a partir do enredo, extrair uma problemática sociológica: a vigilância e o controle e suas sociotécnicas no corpo do bicho (figura estética protagonista da novela) e na sua construção arquitetônica (uma toca). Por conseguinte, a monografia tem uma terceira seção dedicada a discutir micropolíticas da resistência com forma no devir-animal e no devir-inimigo para pensar meios estético-políticos de defrontação das tecnopolíticas, com bases nos filósofos Deleuze e Guattari. O objetivo é, assim, visualizar a potência da literatura kafkiana em torno de suas possibilidades de análise, discussão e agenciamentos.
