Resumo:This paper aims to present a model of an embedded system to control the bearing of an academic rocket. For this purpose, the rocket is equipped with a pair of movable wings (canards) positioned just after the cowling, thus allowing the control of its deflection using servo motors. In addition, a series of bibliographical references are presented, which will provide the basis for understanding the aerodynamic aspects of a rocket, modeling of the rocket and the bearing control, as well as the definition of an embedded system. In the hardware part, the embedded system counts on the RP2040 microcontroller, IMUs, and auxiliary modules that supply the operational requirements of the model rocket used in this project. The development of this work sought a solution economically viable and applicable in the academic field.
