Resumo: | The process of health education has undergone several changes in the contemporary context, making it relevant to ascertain the methodological procedures and to know the impacts given by these changes. In this sense, the study aims to reflect on current perspectives of teaching and learning in the context of healthcare and nursing education with the use of simulation as an active methodology. This is a reflective-theoretical study. To analyze the results, we used the Context Analysis (CA). The following interactive layers were used: simulation as immediate context, active methodologies as specific context, health education and training as a general context, and health training as meta-context. The study assesses simulation as a dynamic method and as an ancillary instrument of healthcare and nursing teaching/learning. It is expected that these reflections allow the construction of concepts that involve the complexity of healthcare education and in particular, Nursing training. |
