Resumo:The present work is about a Diagnosis of the Training of the Military Firefighters Department of the State of Rio Grande do Norte for quality in the provision of services, being of importance, for discussing the training of the firefighter within the organization. The objective was to draw a diagnosis of the training, seeking identify the frequency and type performed by the military firefighters who are members of the Rio Grande do Norte Military Fire Department (CBMRN), reflecting on how this could contribute to a better quality in the provision of services to society. It is evident in the research that the training of this professional is aimed at the individual and punctual effort focused on the future of the military firefighter. Methodologically, questionnaires were applied to CBMRN instructor officers and to Enlisted Persons (Soldier to Sub Lieutenant), and the results obtained show that unanimously the CBMRN officers and the Enlisted Persons, are aware of the importance of training as a factor influencing the quality of service provided by military firefighters. In addition, proposals were presented to the general command of the CBMRN aiming to optimize the training issue in that Corporation.
