Resumo: | With 906 municipal civil servant, the Court of Accounts of the State of Rio Grande do
Norte (TCE/RN) is responsible for regularly analyze 873 jurisdictions, reviewing dozens
of documents from each and handling thousands of other ongoing processes annually. It is
unfeasible to conduct exceptional work with such a high overhead. It is up to technology
the task of assisting the Court’s activities. Therefore, this paper aims to present, report
the experience and describe the development process of the project executed during the
Information Technology Residency Program, the Execuções 3.0 (Executions 3.0). This do-
cument is based on the project development process, through the requirements gathered,
analysis done, documentations created and experiences acquired throughout the process.
The Court and its employees were benefited by the improvement of the Dispatchment
Processes To Active Debt tool, by the addition of process analysis filters, by the extension
of the Alerts System of the Acts and Execution Board, but mainly by the creation of the
Registry of Obligations. It is concluded that the work carried out at TCE/RN fulfills its
expectations, solves the pending issues left by the predecessor projects and complies the
involved departments demands. |
