Resumo:This is an intervention that aims to host Protocol deployment with risk Classification in a public Maternity Hospital, municipality of Caicó-RN. The interest in this topic emerged from the problems experienced while acting in this professional hospital unit in conducting Assistant to usual risk births and of the principles of situational diagnosis, whose concerns proved contextualization of reality: no host protocol with risk Classification. Before that, if made relevant the development of operations (actions) that sought to resolve the lack of host protocol with risk classification in the field of obstetrics, what will result in the resolution of the problems. In this perspective, the actions/interventions are: awareness of professionals (doctors, nurses, nursing technicians) and social actors (managers, coordinators, residents and students) about the temátic; Collective host protocol adequacy with risk classification of the Stork network; Construction of the service bulletin; Training and stimulation of professionals regarding the use of this Protocol as a way to standardize the host/obstetric assistance. Therefore, deploy standardized host protocol, allows the Service/service is organized and predictable, featuring improved practice, the evolution in the care and the progress in the performance of the professionals involved.
