Resumo:Introduction: The Multiprofessional Residency in Health is an instrument of professional training for the Unified Health System and is characterized by being a graduate program of lato sensu modality. The program presented in this study aims to train professionals with skills to work in the Public Health System, with Primary Care as a guiding and fundamental scenario in the training process. Guided by the Principles and Guidelines of the SUS. Objective: To analyze and describe the curriculum seeking to understand the theoretical trends and how they relate to the practice of the multiprofessional resident in the basic care Methodology: This study is a documentary analysis research. It was held from October 2019 to March 2020, whose documents analyzed were created for use in 2020. In addition, IRAMUTEQ software (Interface de R pour les Analyses Multidimensionnelles de Textes et de Questionnaires) was used to contribute to the analysis. Results and Discussion: The menus were analyzed as to their importance in the theoretical axis and relationship with the practice of the Resident, in addition to observing the relationships between all the menus of the program. After the analysis, some modifications were made. The distributions of the orders were changed in order to optimize the resident's learning process and reconcile the theory as much as possible with the practice experienced. Conclusion: The analysis presented a content of continuous learning, with exceptions of some temporal variations and repetitions of contents and that it is necessary to use situations of the resident's routine, to optimize teaching and learning.
