Resumo:In a proposal for a glimpse inside the school racial issues historically constituted in society, the subject of this article appears: In Arteries of Education, Blood still has color: Reflections on Racial Prejudice in the State School Dr. José Gonçalves de Medeiros in Year 2016. Therefore, it is necessary to understand the preambles that occur in all social spaces in which prejudice is presented in a discriminatory manner. Thus, we used a bibliographical research pointing the historical reality of a society that coexists with the segregation in which skin color is crucial to being excluded from this, but also was used as a research subject to State School Dr. José Gonçalves Medeiros, located in Acari - RN using interviews have offered tools for an analysis of racial prejudice within and outside the school walls. Elements that made possible an analysis of racial prejudice in schools should be of cultural and social enrichment; transforming a reality in which prejudice will not reach children and youth; to teach on a daily basis, its color does not make you be different or inferior.
