Gestão de processos e documentos na Câmara Municipal de Montanhas/RN
description The present study deals with the absence of process management and document management in a public institution of the municipal legislature and the consequences of these absences found during the research carried out in situ. It has as its goal the proposition of the deployment of a tool for managing the processes that join the Legislative House and archiving of documents stored in the institution. As specific objectives were defined: identify the problems of storage of documents; presenting the problems of lack of process management; to describe the profile of councillors of the current legislature; and to trace the profile of the servers of the House. The main method used was the documentary research, arising from the observation in loco performed. The main expected outcome is that if you organize the existing documentation in the institution and if implant routines for the processes that begin in the body, through the deployment of the tool motion, and the first results will be presented in a qualitative way. Also it is expected that the institution complies with the Law n° 12.527/2011 (Law on Access to Information) and deliver the documents to the population. It is concluded that all the proposed objectives were achieved and the methods proved to be relevant to the project, even being a new theme without many references to the public administration, but with many possibilities of action. And it is recommended that this study for application in other organs of the public power, be they of the executive, legislative or judicial.

O presente trabalho aborda a ausência da gestão de processos e da gestão de documentos em uma instituição pública do poder legislativo municipal e as consequências destas ausências encontradas durante a pesquisa realizada in loco. Tem-se como objetivo a proposição da implantação de uma ferramenta para gerir os processos que ingressarem na Casa Legislativa e arquivamento dos documentos armazenados na instituição. Como objetivos específicos, foram definidos: identificar os problemas de armazenamento de documentos; apresentar os problemas da ausência da gestão de processos; descrever o perfil dos vereadores da atual legislatura; e traçar o perfil dos servidores da Casa. A principal metodologia utilizada foi a pesquisa documental, decorrente da observação in loco realizada. O principal resultado esperado é que se organize a documentação existente na instituição e se implante rotinas para os processos que se iniciarem no órgão, através da implantação da ferramenta proposta, e os primeiros resultados serão apresentados de forma qualitativa. Também espera-se que a instituição cumpra a Lei n° 12.527/2011 (Lei de Acesso a Informação) e disponibilize os documentos para a população. Conclui-se que todos os objetivos propostos foram alcançados e os métodos mostraram-se pertinentes ao projeto, mesmo sendo um tema novo sem muitas referências para a administração pública, mas com muitas possibilidades de atuação.
