Resumo:This paper focuses on the themes of Monograph inclusion of students with special needs in the teaching-learning in mainstream schools. Sets the goal of reflecting on inclusive education, with regard to the manager's role, challenges and prospects highlighted in this field of work and study. The inclusive proposal is completely new and has nothing to do with the past, she inaugurates a new phase in global education: education for all, before the construction of an inclusive society. It is thus a new paradigm on the rise and it should evolve toward their full implementation, due to be a design that unfolds into productive practices, gregarious, ethical, supportive and respectful and cooperative with the school development . Therefore, the special education service acquires a new characterization that goes beyond that indicated in the Law of Directives and Bases, that qualifies as a form of education. Working at the school in an inclusive perspective is not a mission impossible for the manager, but a challenge. A "purpose" of "love," "think and do" a school that inspires the exchange between students, confrontations unequal ways of thinking, look for interactive methodologies, which makes the recognition of diversity, a new strategy for learning, to devise the student in full and respects the dignity of every individual.
