Resumo:The objective of this project is to build and execute a proposal of relational psychomotor intervention with the orphanages of the city of Natal / RN that attend children from 3 to 6 years of age chronologically registered in the single registration for adoption (CNA). My family experience with adoptive cousins is one of the reason for my motivation to develop a study aimed at understanding the reality of the child in the orphanage, but not being the only reason, to seek to understand how their psychomotor development is organized, correlating their real needs with psychomotor interventions is the most important for the continuity of this project which aims at the humanization of these children in that institution, valuing their time as construction of a single subject and able to progressively follow in the other stages of development. I also aim to contribute to the regulation of the psychologist professional so late recognized in Brazil and perhaps collaborate with the establishment of these professionals in several spaces involved with child development such as schools, clinics, hospitals and projects focused on public policies. With a qualitative and ethnographic approach based on Action Research, we aim to immerse ourselves in the knowledge of a specific social group (children from 3 to 6 years of the orphanage), seeking to investigate, interact, study, propose and modify possible problems found by transforming their institutional life through collective reflection on the problematization experienced. Of investigative nature in the practical field and not only in the philosophical field, both methodologies being able to flexibilize and adaptation during the execution of the process, we will use methodologies based on: Clearance of the competent instituions; planning meetings with those involved in the children's daily, institutional and professionals aimed to the project; execution of one (1) weekly session of Relational Psychomotor practice aimed at the stage of child development (age range of 3 to 6 years) using the resources available for each accomplished planning: field recording through photos, videos and image reports of the children, field record as ethno-social questionnaire of daily professionals as well as record of the report of them during the whole process of each session before an active participation on the part of these professionals. I conclude reinforcing that it is the responsibility of all society, State and family to deal with this child, we must focus not only in the reception and the adoption process but also in the construction of this being, focus on their pre-orphanage life, know its culture of motion, its ontology, intervene and invest its full psychomotor development. The sooner this process of self-knowledge and self-acceptance is accomplished, the better answers we will have in all spheres surrounding this child. I professionally believe in the hypothesis that, in social sphere, the contribution that this project of relational psychomotor intervention can bring to this age group of 3 to 6 years that is directly related to the decrease of the rates of late adoption and the non-return of these children to the CNA. Once the prevention related to learning, behavior and motor acquisition issues is taken to the psychomotor sessions and seen by the psychomotor psychologist's different look, it is possible to think about the hypothesis of a welcoming life and a promising future before a humanized coexistence during the whole period of coexistence in the institution.
