This study refers to the incidence of the importance of effective strategic actions in the fight against syphilis and its consequences on issues of improved access to medical records, reports, prevention and quality measures to the service provided to both health professionals and the population , Due to the two municipalities that had situations little different than expected. Diante desse cenário, o objetivo do trabalho é analisar a incidência de notificações de sífilis em mulheres casadas no município de Antônio João/MS, no ano de 2016. Os dados foram coletados no Serviço Ambulatorial Especializado (Sae) de Ponta Porã/MS, que é o centro de referência do Sistema de Informação de Agravos de Notificação (Sinan). Trata-se de um estudo descritivo epidemiológico.
