Resumo:Participating actively in integrated activities within health policies has always been a huge challenge, especially when it comes to the most vulnerable populations. It is hard to believe that even today a curable and preventable infectious disease like Tuberculosis is the leading cause of death in people living with HIV / AIDS in the country. Looking for innovations and adopting shared management strategies means deconstructing pre-existing knowledge and that certainly makes us rethink not only in our daily practices and professional responsibilities, but also in the humanitarian aspects that the whole context of TB / HIV disease brings back. The construction of actions that aim at greater commitment and commitment of the health services, based mainly on the principle of integrality, acquire greater importance and make care practices increasingly challenging, designing care that was previously only idealized. In this perspective, there is an urgent need to reorganize the care network, especially in the treatment of TB / HIV co-infection, in order to guarantee a comprehensive, articulated, harm reduction and resilient approach.
