As resources of methodology, were used the tabs data in Excel 2010 and an analysis of networks through the UCINET 6 applications for Windows – Version 6587 and NETDRAW 2155 which made it possible to obtain relevant results about the topic addressed. In the profile of the companies, it was found that for the most part they have more temporary workers than fixed, as well as both already have enough in the market and are formalized most of the time as Micro Individual Entrepreneurs. Network analyses presented showed that companies in addition to work with the ceremonial service, also have their own decorating service, accordingly between ceremonial companies there are indirect links, going on so the formation of various networks of services in the most diverse segments, which are hired by them, whether they are: press; Assembly and installations; signaling and tourist services. It was noted also that the companies Excellence Ceremony and Michelle Sena Ceremonial act within the network as lead actors in the contraction of these services. Companies surveyed in this study reported that the city is well served by all services, however is still found some difficulty in recruitment of certain kinds of services that are not available in the city. Notes in this way, the existence of a network of services in ceremonial events in Currais Novos, this network that includes local companies of the most varied and different types or categories of services.

O presente trabalho teve como principal finalidade, analisar a rede de serviços em eventos a partir das empresas de cerimonial do município de Currais Novos/RN, onde se procurou observar como se dá o funcionamento desta rede através das empresas de cerimonial, que atuam como organizadoras de eventos no município e para isto necessitam para efetuar o seu serviço final, da contratação de empresas locais do mais variados tipos de serviços em eventos ocasionando deste modo a formação de uma “rede”. Como recursos de metodologia, foram utilizadas as tabulações de dados no Excel 2010 e uma análise de redes através dos aplicativos UCINET 6 for Windows – Version 6.587 e NETDRAW 2.155 nos quais se possibilitou obter relevantes resultados em relação a temática abordada. Na caracterização do perfil das empresas, descobriu-se que em sua grande maioria elas têm mais funcionários temporários do que fixos, assim como também ambas já tem bastante atuação no mercado e são empresas formalizadas na maioria das vezes como Micro Empreendedores Individuais. Nas análises de redes apresentadas, observou-se que as empresas além de atuarem com o serviço de cerimonial, possuem também seu próprio serviço de decoração, deste modo entre as empresas de cerimonial existem ligações indiretas, havendo assim a formação de varias redes de serviços nos mais diversos segmentos, que são contratados por elas, sejam eles: imprensa; montagem e instalações; sinalização e serviços turísticos. Constatou-se também que as empresas Excelência Cerimonial e Michelle Silveira Cerimonial atuam dentro da rede como atores principais na contração destes serviços. As empresas pesquisadas neste estudo relatam que a cidade está bem servida de todos os serviços, no entanto ainda é encontrada certa dificuldade na contratação de determinados tipos de serviços que não estão disponíveis no município.
