| Resumo: | The present work had as main purpose, examine the network of services at events from the ceremonial companies of the city of Currais Novos/RN, where they sought to observe how the operation of this network through ceremonial, companies that act as organizers of events in the city and for this they need to make their final service, the hiring of local businesses of various types of services in events leading to the formation of a " network ". As resources of methodology, were used the tabs data in Excel 2010 and an analysis of networks through the UCINET 6 applications for Windows – Version 6587 and NETDRAW 2155 which made it possible to obtain relevant results about the topic addressed. In the profile of the companies, it was found that for the most part they have more temporary workers than fixed, as well as both already have enough in the market and are formalized most of the time as Micro Individual Entrepreneurs. Network analyses presented showed that companies in addition to work with the ceremonial service, also have their own decorating service, accordingly between ceremonial companies there are indirect links, going on so the formation of various networks of services in the most diverse segments, which are hired by them, whether they are: press; Assembly and installations; signaling and tourist services. It was noted also that the companies Excellence Ceremony and Michelle Sena Ceremonial act within the network as lead actors in the contraction of these services. Companies surveyed in this study reported that the city is well served by all services, however is still found some difficulty in recruitment of certain kinds of services that are not available in the city. Notes in this way, the existence of a network of services in ceremonial events in Currais Novos, this network that includes local companies of the most varied and different types or categories of services. |
