| Resumo: | This work investigated how the municipal government contributed to the development of religious tourism in the city of Santa Cruz-RN. For that, it was made a research about the works carried out by the municipal public power through the Public Building Works and Transport Municipal Secretariat and the Tourism and Economic Development Municipal Secretariat. As a methodological proceure it was used a qualitative and documentary approach. Based on data collected and analyzed in order to be detected by the municipal public power they did several actions for the development of the tourism activity inside of the city and with this way a lot of tourism companies came to consolidated in Santa Cruz City. |
