In this context, this research analyzed the Quality of Life at Work (QWL) of the servers of the Municipal Department of Education, Culture and Sports of the municipality of Currais Novos/RN, based on the categories of the model proposed by Richard Walton. Data were collected through a quantitative method that holistically assessed the interviewees' perception of the problem in question. In the interpretation of the data, we sought to relate information collected with knowledge obtained in the theoretical basis. The results showed that QWL indicators: Social Integration in the Organization, Constitutional Guarantees, Work and Total Living Space, and Social Relevance and Importance of Work had positive evaluations within the organization. However, the categories Fair and Adequate Compensation, Occupational Health and Safety, Capacity Utilization and Development, and Opportunity for Growth and Security presented negative points that need to be prioritized in order to improve the Quality of Life in the work of the institution's employees. Para ter um funcionário motivado e produtivo dentro do ambiente de trabalho é preciso que a organização garanta condições necessárias para satisfazer as necessidades biológicas, psicológicas e sociais do colaborador, somente assim conseguirá extrair o máximo de proveito de sua capacidade produtiva. Neste contexto, esta pesquisa analisou a Qualidade de Vida no Trabalho (QVT) dos servidores da Secretaria Municipal de Educação, Cultura e Esportes do município de Currais Novos/RN, com base nas categorias do modelo proposto por Richard Walton. Levantou-se por meio de método quantitativo, dados que aferissem de forma holística a percepção dos entrevistados frente à problemática em questão. Na interpretação dos dados, buscou-se relacionar informações coletadas com conhecimentos obtidos na fundamentação teórica. Os resultados mostraram que os indicadores de QVT: Integração Social na Organização, Garantias Constitucionais, Trabalho e Espaço Total de Vida, Relevância Social e Importância do Trabalho obtiveram avaliações positivas dentro da organização.
