| Resumo: | The civil construction always coexisted with waste, improvisation and poor planning of its production processes, contributing to a low rate of productivity and rising production costs. Today, companies use logistics to manage its production processes getting good results, both in the processes related to the jobsite, supplies, waste, customer focus and competitiveness, the last one has great importance, considering that the companies have warned to the necessity of adopting production techniques with lower cost and higher quality, increasing their competitive advantage. In addition, there is a great concern for the proper disposal of waste and waste arising from construction and regarding the safety and use of “EPIs” by employees. The objective of this study is to evaluate the level of quality of supply logistics processes of jobsites on the perception of employees “Construnovos Empreendimentos Group.”. To analyze the perception of employees considering the logistics applied in the logistics process of supply of jobsites, to identify possible deficiencies in the process and propose improvement actions for the process quality with disabilities, which in turn were confirmed by the analysis of the forms applied to employees of the Group. We conclude that the “Construnovos Empreendimentos Group.” has looked for improving its production processes, through the adaptation of logistics activities necessary for the implementation of a work, but needs to hear more employees and pay attention to the constant changes. |
