Because of the leadership being one of the most talked about and important issues today, the research also aims to identify and differentiate the female lead of male leadership, since in the past it was a male only function. It depicts the duties of a leader, always trying to align the well-being of its employees, with the planning of the organization. Refers to a descriptive research, to be held in mid-sized company, Casa das Motocicletas LTDA, and will feature interviews with its managers and its employees. According to what has been described, it is possible to identify the company's interest in maintaining its motivated employees, highlighting led administrative system only by women, thus emphasizing the company's responsibility to train leaders capable of promoting competent and flexible strategies to ensure solutions effective and quick when something comes up that is not planned, overcoming the challenges that may arise and surviving in this market where competition every passing day becomes more fierce. Also show the different types of leadership with accurate approaches that may be appropriate for the informational context A presente pesquisa visa identificar o perfil de liderança mais adequado para motivar e manter uma equipe dentro de uma organização. Devido à liderança ser um dos temas mais comentados e importantes nos dias atuais, à pesquisa também tem como objetivo identificar e diferenciar a liderança feminina da liderança masculina, já que no passado era uma função somente do gênero masculino. Retrata as funções de um líder, sempre tentando alinhar o bem estar de seus colaboradores, com o planejamento da organização. Refere-se a uma pesquisa quantitativa, realizada na empresa de médio porte, Casa das Motocicletas LTDA, com entrevistas aos seus colaboradores. De acordo com o que foi descrito, é possível identificar o interesse da empresa em manter seus colaboradores motivados, destacando o sistema administrativo liderado apenas por mulheres, enfatizando assim, a responsabilidade da empresa em formar lideres capazes de promover estratégias competentes e flexíveis para garantir soluções eficazes e rápidas quando surgir algo que não for planejado, superando os desafios que possam aparecer e sobrevivendo nesse mercado onde a concorrência a cada dia que passa fica mais acirrada.
