Resumo:This research aims to identify the most appropriate leadership profile to motivate and retain a team within an organization. Because of the leadership being one of the most talked about and important issues today, the research also aims to identify and differentiate the female lead of male leadership, since in the past it was a male only function. It depicts the duties of a leader, always trying to align the well-being of its employees, with the planning of the organization. Refers to a descriptive research, to be held in mid-sized company, Casa das Motocicletas LTDA, and will feature interviews with its managers and its employees. According to what has been described, it is possible to identify the company's interest in maintaining its motivated employees, highlighting led administrative system only by women, thus emphasizing the company's responsibility to train leaders capable of promoting competent and flexible strategies to ensure solutions effective and quick when something comes up that is not planned, overcoming the challenges that may arise and surviving in this market where competition every passing day becomes more fierce. Also show the different types of leadership with accurate approaches that may be appropriate for the informational context
