Resumo:This work is about analysis of the functional performance from the Organizational Climate Solar Commercial - Lagoa Nova / RN. It is based on studies of organizational culture and climate, it aims to understand in this context how the organizational climate influences the performance of employees, and what are the factors that affect the productive performance of employees. From of this purpose arise a necessity to analyze the factors that affect the productive performance of employees through the evaluation of the company's organizational climate in question. Thus this research is justified by the importance of human capital for the competitiveness and sustainability of companies in the market, so the analysis of the organizational environment became the basis for identifying the point of view of employees and managers with regard to personnel management , relations and working conditions. Regarding the methodology it was characterized by a case study, using first a bibliographic study and secondarily an exploratory research (qualitative and quantitative) - in which 26 questionnaires were applied with employees and conducted an informal interview with the managers. The results justify on the concepts of organizational climate, satisfaction, motivation, and interpersonal relationships of people management policies. People have a clear perception of the environment and can react positively or negatively according to overcome their expectations, recognize and act to meet part of these expectations was one of the objectives of this work. In conclusion it is evident that satisfaction levels are listed wages and the appreciation of the work.
