During the year 2015, trawling data from the Southern Bahia Lowlands were collected from a participatory fisheries monitoring program carried out by SOMA Ltda. in order to valueate this economic activity and understand some aspects of the fishing dynamics of the region. In 2015, trawling in the Southern Bahia Lowlands generated a landed value of R$ 889395,24 and 48175,74 kg of landed biomass . The shrimp tanha (Xiphopenaeus kroyer) was the specie with the highest landed value (R$) and also with the highest landed biomass. There was a general trend that the more landings occurred on the fishery, the lower the CPUE. This trend was not statistically significant (P> 0.05). Likewise, the mesh height also showed to be a non-significant variable for the CPUE value of each landing A análise quantitativa é parte fundamental na avaliação da atividade pesqueira e extremamente importante ao elucidar ações de manejo adequadas e garantir a continuidade da atividade econômica. Durante o ano de 2015, dados da pesca de arrasto realizada no Baixo Sul da Bahia foram coletados a partir de um programa de monitoramento participativo pesqueiro em execução pela empresa SOMA Ltda. com o intuito de valorar essa atividade econômica e entender alguns aspectos da dinâmica pesqueira da região. O Baixo Sul da Bahia gerou um valor desembarcado de R$ 889395,24 e 48175,74 kg de captura. O camarão tanha (Xiphopenaeus kroyer) foi a espécie de maior valor desembarcado (R$) e a espécie pescada em maior quantidade. Houve uma tendência geral de que quanto mais desembarques aconteciam no pesqueiro, menor era a CPUE. Essa tendência não foi estatisticamente significativa (P > 0,05).
