Knowing the importance of the simulations, this work consisted of two phases: the first one was carried out in the laboratory LABPLASMA, an experiment using the argon gas that entered the washer bottle and dragged the methyl alcohol, which was previously inserted in the bottom of the bottle. In this second stage, the simulation was created in the Fluent® program of the gas scrubber bottle, inserting the values collected in the experiment as boundary conditions for the purpose of analyzing the temperatures, pressures, velocities and fractions of the methyl alcohol that are vaporized through from the bottle system until you reach the plasma reactor. The mixing model used in the simulation is a good tool to analyze the evaporation of alcohol, but as it was not possible to obtain results close to those performed experimentally, it was verified the need for parameter adjustment. A simulação numérica auxilia no estudo do comportamento de um processo industrial, como também ajuda a interpretar resultados relevantes próximos do real realizado em experimentos. Através de métodos matemáticos de resolução de equações que representam todo o processo analisado. Sabendo da importância das simulações, esse trabalho consistiu em duas fases: a primeira foi realizada no laboratório LABPLASMA, sendo um experimento usando-se o gás argônio que entrava no frasco lavador e arrastava o álcool metílico, que já era previamente inserido no fundo do frasco. Nessa segunda etapa, foi criada a simulação no programa Fluent® do frasco lavador de gás, inserindo os valores coletados no experimento como condições de contorno com o propósito de analisar as temperaturas, pressões, velocidades e frações de vapor do álcool metílico que são vaporizados através do sistema do frasco até chegar ao reator de plasma.
