Descrição
Resumo:This work aims to obtain biodegradable polymeric films based on poly (butylene adipate-co-terephthalate) (PBAT) by solution casting technique with additional drug composed of calcipotriene hydrate and betamethasone dipropionate and characterize them by XRD, FTIR and SEM. The results obtained from XRD showed crystallographic peaks from PBAT and in the solutions containing the drug it was also noted that it emphasized these peaks. The FTIR presented the characteristic bands of C-H, C=O, C-O e CH2, which were emphasized with the addition of the drug. From SEM a dense morphology was visualized for the films obtained only with polymer and a porous structure when added the drug, in which the form of addition and the time of dissolution caused considerable modifications in the morphology of the film and in the formation of pores. Therefore, it is believed that it is possible to use PBAT films in drug delivery systems.
