| Resumo: | The current scenario experienced by the great competition between companies made the study of times and methods essential for companies that do not have production standards, enabling greater performance and efficiency in the production system and remaining competitive in the Marketplace. With this, the present work aims to help a machining company to better understand its main bottlenecks and the standard production time of its products to deliver better results to its customers. As the production times were not previously known, the production and completion times' timing ended up being the starting point of this work. With results obtained from these analyses, it was possible to clearly identify some problems related to the processes, making a future improvement in production and time optimization. Improvements were not implemented, but with the results obtained, it is possible to make them. |
